- Donation details (amount and date) reported to us by our payment processor when you give.
How we use it
- To mail seed packs and respond to your requests.
- To process donations and provide tax receipts.
- To send updates about our sanctuary and programs, if you've asked for them.
Payments
Donations are processed by PayPal Giving Fund on PayPal's secure platform. Your card or bank details are entered on PayPal's site and are never transmitted to or stored by Copper Sanctuary. All payment pages use encrypted (TLS/SSL) connections.
What we never do
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. We work only with trusted service providers who help us operate this website, under confidentiality obligations.
Cookies & advertising
We use Google tools (such as Google Ads and its conversion measurement) to understand how people find us and whether our outreach works. These tools may set cookies and collect standard usage data such as pages visited and ad clicks. They do not give us access to your identity, and we never combine advertising data with the personal information you send us. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com. External services we link to (such as PayPal and Google Fonts) have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing us. We'll confirm within a few days.
